Deep, ripe balsamic blackberry aromas include spice notes and vanilla. As might be expected from that nose, this Malbec-Cab Sauvignon blend is saturated and extracted, to the borderline of syrupy. Toasty blackberry and cassis flavors are chocolaty through a smooth finish with modest tannins.

Double sorting Table. Use of Native yeast. 30 days with 5 days of cold maceration. Temperatures between 28-31 Celsius to achieve complexity. 100% Malolactic Fermentation.
