The Estate
Top Source was introduced to us by Christophe Baron of Cayuse and Horsepower. Meredith Hyslop started her venture into the wine business in Walla Walla when there were only 25 wineries. She studied Enology and Viticulture at the Walla Walla institute as the 3rd graduating class. She continued her studies in France where she studied Wine Business in Dijon. Her studies and love brought her to Languedoc-Roussillon where she lived and worked for 12 years. She wanted to get back to her American Roots and that is when Top Source was born. Top Source is part of the Columbia Valley, an ideal place for Syrah and Grenache to grow. She quickly was able to get her hands on some pristine Walla Walla sources to round out her portfolio. These wines are beautiful and offering a value to our portfolio. And she has Christophe Baron on her side teaching and leading her all the way to the top!
