Gold Medal Winner. This is intense with exceptionally concentrated fruit, mouthwatering acidity and a fine texture to the palate. Then there is the mineral finish that goes on and on. Could not be more different from the everyday Albarinos. Decanter World Wine Awards 2020
James Suckling 90
A fresh, vivid white with lemon and light crushed-stone character. Medium body and a crisp finish. Drink now. James Suckling, November 2020
In old country houses known as pazos, surrounded by forests and vineyards, Galician witches conjured up spirits through magic and dance. And so the sap, the lifeblood, coursed through the vines, filling them with vitality. Like the Albario grapes that give birth to this wine.
Appellation: DO Ras Baixas
In Ras Baixas, 2019 was a rainy year, and the water stored in the soil contributed to the optimal development of the grapes. Although the summer was generally mild, August temperatures were high, which caused the grapes to ripen quickly, reaching the desired alcohol content and acidity by the end of that month.
Fermentation: In stainless steel under controlled temperature for 16 days
Maceration: 6 hours of skin contact
Bottled: June 2020
Varietal Composition: 100 Albario

Brilliant pale gold color. Delicate and fragrant, with fine floral, lime blossom and lemon marmalade notes. Silky and savory on the palate, elegantly structured.
