Wine-making at low temperatures helps in the preservation of all the charateristic yet sensitive aromas of the Moschofilero grape. As a result, Fteri Moschofilero is an intensely floral wine combining the perfume of night-blooming jasmine, rose and citrus fruits.
Its excellent aroma and sharp taste make it a wine that can be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as an accompaniment to dishes such as pasta with basil, chicken a la crème, grilled prawns and pies.

Troupis WineryTroupis winery is situated in the heart of Mantinia plateau in the Fteri region, the core of the viticultural zone itself at an altitude of about 700m above sea level.

The history of the winery starts in 2010 when the Troupis family takes advantage of the seven hectares private owned vineyards.

Since then the winery has evolved into space, equipment and personnel resulting into the qualitative production of its fine wines and providing services to its customers.

Large emphasis has been given to innovative vivification techniques as well as microvinifications of other Greek varieties, including old and forgotten ones such as the variety "kolliniatiko", while new pilot moschofilero plantations into different rootstocks took place.

The land, climate and gentle environmental management as well as low yields per hectare give the gifted moschofilero all the elements needed foe a quality PDO Mantinia wine.

The Troupis family's, ongoing investments in not only cultivation infrastructures. Vineyards, equipment but also verification infrastructures (new production areas, large capacity cold stores, bottling line) ensures authenticity, quality consistency and certain future to the produced wines.
