About Vigilance Wines
Vigilance wines are crafted from fruit harvested on our 250 acre Rolling Knolls Vineyard in the volcanic soils of Red Hills AVA. Aged on oak for 12+ months, the wines are lush, fruit forward, and easy-drinking.
Certified Sustainablly Farmed.
1000 head of sheep are used to maintain the vineyard. As the sheep are eating the grape leaves and the weeds underneath they are creating compost and fertilizing the vineyard all year long. The sheep dogs that keep watch over the flock is what gives Vigilance wines their names as they are ever-'vigilant' in protecting their herd.
