" Spring blossom and white stone fruit aromas shape the nose along with a whiff of botanical herbs. The savory palate doles out green apple, lemon drop and a tangy saline note alongside crisp acidity. It closes on an almond note. "
" Straw-yellow colour. Fragrance of flowers and fruit with hints of peach. Full and rich taste, soft and harmonical with tones of noble aromas, resulted from the complete ripening of the grapes, which intensify the character. This wine goes perfectly with white meat and fish-dishes. " ~ Winery notes

A HISTORY OF TRADITIONS
Welcome to Villa Sparina, a wine-making farm in Monterotondo, Piedmont, in the heart of the home of Gavi wine DOCG (Denominazione di Origine Controllate e Garantita). Here the cultivation of grapes has been part of this land and of the lives of its people since time immemorial.
Quality, personality and great wines. This, today, is Villa Sparina, a vineyard founded by the Moccagatta family in the 1970's. A farm which has always put the territory at the centre of its projects with an eye to valorising the history and culture tied to the grapes of the area.
