50hl/ha Direct pressing, with some saigne, in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
VRAC, or en vrac" translates to bring your own bottle. In many French villages, locals will bring bottles or jugs to a nearby winery and fill them up with an easy drinking wine to use as their house wine. VRAC Ros is made from fruit grown in the Pays des Maures and the Pays de la Mediterrane, in the heart of Provence.
The juice is bled from the macerating fruit (saigne in French) at the perfect moment to optimize the color and flavor from the skins, and is let to ferment in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures for a long, cool fermentation.
