Bright shiny light copper in color. The glass is filled with ripe pear, fresh papaya and rose petal aromas. The mouth-feel is rich and elegant with great structure and wonderful layers. This Ros has lovely balance between the fresh fruit, fine tannins, good minerality and graceful acidity. The wine is very savory and has a long finish with creamy yeast and nice classic chalk notes. It is the perfect summer wine.

Wolffer Estate

View all from Wolffer Estate
Wolffer EstatePerched on a rise overlooking the lush vineyards to the east and the gently rolling Hamptons landscape to the west, Wölffer Estate Winery is unquestionably one of the most beautiful and stylish on Long Island. Rivaling European wineries, the rustic, Tuscan-style building with its warm ochre walls, houses a lavish tasting room with imported stain glass doors, an expansive portico and underneath is the state-of-the-art winery.

The Winery is owned by Joey Wölffer and Marc Wölffer, children of founder Christian Wölffer, and along with Winemaker & Partner Roman Roth, this team's innovation/creativity has created a new niche for the winery by the introduction of two hard ciders – Wölffer No. 139 Dry White Cider and the Wölffer No. 139 Dry Rosé Cider.
